McDonald’s better start reserving me 3 seats.
So. Hai. This is me remembering I should be blogging about my life =P oops. The subject for today is FOOD. So I have always had an interesting relationship with food. Ever since I was about 11 or so I’ve either eaten like someone who weighs more than an African elephant or like one of skeletons on catwalks. I don’t seem to be able to find a happy medium. Mostly I can keep it more-or-less under control, but seeing as food is my comfort in times of need, eg: exam stress and general stress I am currently experiencing, it’s gotten a little difficult to maintain that.
Today alone, for example, I have a bowl of frosties, a bread roll, an apple (all fair enough) plus 12 huge squares of dairy milk turkish delight chocolate, 2 packets of fruit pastels, and some mint cream things. It’s 2:14pm. Now I know for some people that’s just their breakfast, but I’m talking about normal human beings right now. I used to have approx 1200 calories a day, now it’s more like 3500. True, I have been doing some exercise, but nowhere near enough. Unfortunately a diet won’t work until after exams because it’ll just make me more stressed and very weak. Usually every summer I drop about half a stone (7 pounds) and I’m really hoping this will happen in particular this summer, because although I am naturally curvy and have a fast metabolism, there’s only so much my body can take lol.
So yes. Any suggestions on how to help cut my appetite during exam time would be very much welcome. Until then, bring on the extra large super double meal, please!
